The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act granted $4 million to the Kentucky Housing Corp. to assist Kentucky homeowners who have trouble affording energy-efficient improvements.
This project helps existing homeowners make cost-effective, energy-efficient improvements and encourage incentive partnerships with utilities to develop a quality assurance service. This program serves Kentuckians who do not quality for low-income weatherization services.
