Kentucky Evaluation Measurement & Verification (EM&V) Project

The State Energy Program (SEP) awarded Kentucky competitive funding in 2014 to explore, through a stakeholder process, the feasibility of an EM&V framework for Kentucky as well as potential monetization opportunities of energy efficiency projects.
